Organic molasses produced from dimrit type black grapes of DoğaHan was boiled between 23-28 August 2022.
Grapes cut from the DoğaHan vineyard were crushed with traditional methods in the winery on the same day and then boiled with traditional methods.
Molasses must to which calcium-containing white molasses soil was added during crushing was left to rest for 6 hours after pre-boiling, and the added soil and grape residues were precipitated.
The rinsed wort was taken back to the boiling pot and boiled over wood fire for 4 hours.
Having reached its natural consistency, molasses was taken into a cooling and resting boiler.
The cooled molasses was packaged for sale.
